Artesian Water
Newark, Delaware

When Artesian Water built their new headquarters in Newark, Delaware, Seiberlich Trane was asked to provide the Building Automation System, VAV rooftop units, and VAV boxes.

The controls portion of the project consisted of utilizing the web-based Building Automation System to integrate the VAV systems provided by Seiberlich Trane, as well as a competitively supplied chiller, and Liebert computer room equipment. The integration was accomplished using a combination of Lontalk, BACnet, and Modbus communications protocols.
