About the Client

The State of Delaware Office of Management & Budget partnered with Seiberlich Trane Energy Services to implement a $2.53MM Energy Saving Performance Contract at the Sussex County Courthouse complex that increased the energy efficiency of the facilities and the comfort for staff and visitors, while decreasing its environmental impact. The upgrades were needed to replace an aging and inadequate infrastructure and to meet the State’s energy goals. The improvements also provided increased comfort for State employees and visitors at the courthouse complex.

Seiberlich Trane Energy Services provided the design and construction of the building improvements including a system conversion to natural gas, the installation of a new chiller and gas boilers, lighting retrofit, an upgrade to existing Building Automation System and the implementation of utility metering.
