About the Client
The Dover Downs Hotel & Casino complex consists of a hotel resort & conference center, casino, grandstands, stable and race track in Dover, Delaware. Like most businesses, Dover Downs Hotel & Casino was concerned with the rising cost of energy. The solution was to enter into an energy performance contract with Trane. The project was $2.8 million with a targeted payback of 2.9 years.
