W. L. Gore Cherry Hillcase study

Elkton, MD

About the Client

When W. L. Gore required an addition to the office and production area in the existing Cherry Hill plant, Seiberlich Trane was chosen to provide energy efficient, reliable, and flexible systems that would allow W.L. Gore to grow and expand their business over the next decade.

The Trane Tracer Summit Building Automation System was upgraded and expanded to effectively manage the building systems. The installed chillers provided an energy efficient, free-cooling design that operates without the use of a compressor.
