About the Client

When Lake Forest School District built the South Elementary School, it chose Seiberlich Trane to be a part of the project. Primary goals for the new school were to provide energy efficient systems, and to improve school building comfort and the learning environment for students.

The system installed included a Trane Tracer Summit Building Automation System, 6 rooftop units, 28 unit ventilators, 17 fan coils, an air-cooled chiller, and various unit heaters.

Other projects with Lake Forest School District have included Central Elementary, W.T. Chipman Middle School, and Lake Forest High School.
