About the Client

The Buccini/Pollin Group partnered with Seiberlich Trane Energy Services to implement a $1.1MM energy savings project at its One North Charles Street building. The upgrades were needed to replace an aging and inadequate infrastructure and to meet the company’s energy goals.

Seiberlich Trane Energy Services provided the design and construction of the required upgrades. The project included the removal of an antiquated Andover system and deployment of a new open protocol, BAS system.

This project also included a central BAS Web supervisor which formed the foundation of a central management platform for Buccini/Pollin’s building portfolio. Additionally, as part of the energy project, a dashboard was provided to track performance.
