World Café Live has brought the historic Queen Theatre back to life with the recent renovation, reclaiming the Queen as a spectacular music venue, restaurant, broadcast studio and event complex showcasing performers from across the musical spectrum.
Seiberlich Trane provided a web-based building automation system which controls Trane rooftop units and variable air volume boxes providing occupant comfort and managing energy usage. Dynamic air cleaners were installed in the rooftop units to reduce outside air requirements and provide energy savings, while maintaining indoor air quality, and meeting city and state code requirements. Reducing the amount of outside air brought into the building also allowed a reduction in the size of the equipment, providing initial savings to the owner.
