About the Client

Red Clay Consolidated School District completed $18.5MM in energy-saving improvements that included controls upgrades in 25 schools. This project increased the energy efficiency and comfort in all 25 schools, while decreasing the district’s environmental impact.

Red Clay partnered with Seiberlich Trane Energy Services to complete the facilities upgrades which included unifying JCI, Trane, and Alerton controls systems in a single BAS interface. Controls improvements for Red Clay included centralization of scheduling and alarming and optimization of setback routines in the control system.
