Christiana Hospital has a long history of teaming with Seiberlich Trane for the building automation system for their campus.  The controls system integrates legacy systems with today’s modern technologies. 

Projects have included the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center, Surgery Center, Emergency Department, Medical Office Buildings, and Maternity additions.  Today, with the Bank of America Pavilion & the John H. Ammon Medical Education Center projects, the system consists of approximately 37 Building Control Units, several hundred variable air volume boxes, (7) 1000 ton chillers, and numerous air handlers.
