RC&D Emergency Home Repair Project
On May 13th, Seiberlich Trane associates volunteered with RC&D (Resource Conservation & Development Council, Inc.), an organization that provides emergency home repairs for low-income, disabled, or elderly members of the community. Associates visited 3 local homes in need of repairs and worked together to replace windows and doors and rebuild steps and railings, providing safer conditions for the residents. It was a lot of hard work but well worth it in order to help such a great cause!
Dress for Success Clothing Drive
Seiberlich Trane recently held a clothing drive for Dress for Success Delaware, an organization that provides suits to disadvantaged women trying to enter the workforce. Each client receives one suit when she has a job interview and then up to a week's worth of clothing when she becomes employed. Seiberlich Trane wanted to help this cause by collecting women's business attire and accessories from associates, family, and friends. Our clothing drive ran for 3 weeks and we were thrilled with the amount of donations we received in that time! We were able to collect and donate over 200 items for Dress for Success!
