Health and Welfare
We have a comprehensive benefit offering with First Health for medical, hospitalization, and prescriptions in addition to offering a dental plan. Seiberlich Trane also provides for their associates Flexible Spending Accounts, Life insurance, AD & D and an option to purchase LTD.

Paid Leave
Our associates earn Paid Time Off that can be used for rest and relaxation, or sick time for themselves or a family member. They can use it to attend a doctor’s appointment, school conference, or to watch their child in a play or sporting event. There are ten holidays per year. We provide paid leave for jury/witness duty and also ensure that our associates have the time they need for bereavement.

401k
Seiberlich Trane encourages long range planning with its associates and provides a 401k plan to save for retirement. The Company will contribute five percent of the associate’s compensation for the year for all eligible associates.
