Dover Air Force Base, DE

Seiberlich Trane has an on going relationship with Dover AFB in that nearly all of their facilities’ mechanical systems operate under Seiberlich Trane designed controls.   When the base decided to replace their antiquated air traffic control tower, we were contracted to install controls systems as well as other mechanical equipment for their new air traffic control tower. 

The controls portion of the project consisted of utilizing the web-based Building Automation System to integrate the VAV systems, 3 AHUs, Chillers and boilers supplied by Trane as well as several Liebert units for their computer room equipment.

Other base projects have included the Armed Forces Port Mortuary, C-17 Flight Simulator, Joint Personnel Effects Depot, Outdoor Recreation Center, etc… Government facilities are just one of the applications where Seiberlich Trane Controls can satisfy our customers’ needs.
