Lake Forest School District has a long history of teaming with Seiberlich Trane for the building automation system and service needs for their schools.  Lake Forest and Seiberlich Trane work together to reduce energy consumption, and to improve school building comfort and the learning environment. 

Projects have included the South Elementary, Central Elementary, W.T. Chipman Middle School, and Lake Forest High School. The system at South Elementary School includes a Building Automation System, 6 rooftop units, 28 ventilators, 17 fan coils, an air-cooled chiller, and various unit heaters.
