Seiberlich Trane is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for both our associates and our customers.
Drug Free Work Place
Seiberlich Trane enforces a Drug-Free workplace. Drug screening is required for 100% of new associates and we have a continuous testing policy in place for existing associates.
Safety Committee
Our in-house Safety Committee consists of 7 associates. The group meets monthly to discuss any company safety concerns.
Safety Training for Technicians
All Seiberlich Trane Technicians attend various training courses throughout the year.
Examples of training are:
- OSHA PINS
- Fork truck training
- Ladder training
- Lift training
Our field personnel is also required to attend monthly safety training regarding HVAC equipment, refrigerants, chemicals, etc.
